I am obviously into fancy sweets lately. Hence the Homemade Unicorn Marshamallows and the Coconut Cluster Bark. I have been bagging it up and leaving little happy packages with of sugary sweetness all over the neighborhood to the sweetest of friends. I am thinking you must feed sweets to the sweets, Right?!

This batch is perfect for Mother’s Day, a shower, a girls night, or like me…make a batch for your sweetest girl gang and deliver it with a note.

Salty Sweet Swirly Twirly Flower Candy

Ingredients

2 bags white chocolate chips
gel food coloring, pick your two fave colors…I am going with pink, orange, mint, and yellow.
edible flowers
flaked sea salt
sprinkles
wax paper

Salty Sweet Swirly Twirly Candy

Instructions:

1. Prepare a sheet pan with wax paper.

2. Carefully remove the petals from the edible flowers and set aside.

3. Melt the white chocolate according to the directions on the packaging.

4. Pour the white chocolate onto the prepared pan and spread flat with a rubber spatula.

5. Working quickly! Add a few drops of each of the the gel food colors your chose to different areas of the white chocolate and swirl in with the skewers. Work Quickly.

Note: I chose to do this blocked areas verses swirling the colors together. I do think a super swirl would be cute too!

6. Before the chocolate dries, sprinkle the edible flower petals and the sprinkles onto the melted chocolate.

7. Cool the candy completely!

8. Break the hardened Salty Sweet Swirly Twirly Candy into pieces with clean hands.
